The first CPD event of the educational programme hosted by TM Group and Lockton Companies has been hailed as a great success.
Held last Thursday in the beautiful Clifton Pavilion that adjoins Bristol Zoo, the talk, named Property law; a risky business, covered what forces may pose the biggest risks to conveyancing firms, covering everything from contamination to restrictive covenants.
The speakers, who have expertise covering risk management, conveyancing, consulting and residential housing, went on to instruct delegates how best to prevent and deal with the risks discussed.
Early feedback from attendees about the session was positive, with one delegate attributed with saying it had been: ‘scarily useful!’
