Charity partnerships deliver outstanding results
The foundation was proud to serve as the official charity partner at both the british conveyancing awards and the conveyancing awards in 2026, with the generosity of the organisers, sponsors and attendees raising thousands of pounds for charitable causes across the property industry.
Supportive fundraiser charity grants
The foundation’s charity grant scheme has continued to support some fantastic conveyancer led endeavours this year including a 250 mile cycle pilgrimage, marathon runners and the amazing arctic challenge, generating tens of thousands of pounds for these wonderful charity endeavours.
National conveyancing month reaches new heights
National conveyancing month 2026 saw a record breaking year with hundreds of legal practices and organisations participating. The inspirational best practice seminars, TED talks and collaborative events, brought property professionals together again to inform, educate and inspire those involved in the home-moving process.
Looking ahead & measuring success
October sees the return of wellbeing at work month and the launch of our workplace excellence survey; providing a barometer for best practice and how to ensure a supportive and engaging workplace, with a view to improving work life balance and wellbeing across the profession.
