Land Registry data has confirmed that Conveyancing Association member firms are leading the residential conveyancing market.
The transactions for value data (applications for full market value) in 2013 shows nine out of the top ten firms are Conveyancing Association members.
39% of the top 100 are also members. Eddie Goldsmith, Chairman, Conveyancing Association, said: “These figures are testament to the significant influence of the Conveyancing Association in the residential property sector.
“2014 is set to be another busy year for the Conveyancing Association and we are looking for other like-minded firms who are serious about conveyancing, and share our commitment to customer service and improving the house-buying process to join us!”
