CLS Group (“CLS”), a leading provider of data, technology and insurance services to the UK property sector, can confirm the sale of its title, chancel and ancillary search services from CLS Property Insight to Future Climate Info Ltd (“FCI”) on 17th May 2021.
In addition, on 17th May 2021, FCI was acquired by Dye &Durham Ltd (“Dye &Durham”).
CLS will continue to work closely with partners across the whole of the property lifecycle, with ongoing investment in its data and technology services as well as growth of the Legal Indemnity and Estate Administration business.
