CLC seeks views on market confidence in first tracker survey of 2026

The Council for Licensed Conveyancers has launched its first Quarterly Confidence Tracker for 2026 and is seeking views from the sector.

The regulator is running the survey to gauge the current state of the market for home buyers and sellers and establish how it’s changing over time. The CLC is particularly keen to hear view from conveyancers on the state of the housing market since the autumn budget.

The survey tracks the sentiment, trends and expectations of those working in conveyancing every quarter.

It should take around two minutes to complete and will be open until 21 January.
