CLC seeks views in latest confidence tracker survey

Is the impending Autumn Statement putting buyers and sellers off making a move? The Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) wants to hear your views!

The regulator is running its last Quarterly Confidence Tracker of 2025 to gather the views of the profession on the current state of home buying and selling and to monitor how the market changes over time.

Confidence fell following the Stamp Duty hike according to the previous tracker survey in July, but three months on and with different challenges to contend with, will the mood have changed?

The seven-question survey should only take two minutes to complete and will run for two weeks until COB on Wednesday, 15th October.
