A charity hike in aid of a charity providing life‑changing mental‑health support through nature, movement and professional guidance is being organised by Women in Conveyancing.
Open to everyone regardless of gender, job role or hiking experience the group, which offers networking and collaboration opportunities for women working in conveyancing, is organising a hike up the iconic Llanberis Path, a steady and inclusive route up Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), supported by experienced walk leaders.
The hike will take place on Saturday 18th April 2026. All monies raised will go to Mind Over Mountains, a charity offering guided mental wellbeing walks and retreats in nature, led by qualified counsellors and wellbeing coaches.
Encouraging participation Samantha Burrows, Women in Conveyancing Chair, said:
“This hike is about so much more than reaching the summit. It’s about giving people space to breathe, connect and feel part of something bigger. Our industry is full of incredible individuals who work incredibly hard. This is a chance to step outside, meet new people and support a charity whose work genuinely changes lives.”
The group says it’s the first event of its kind to be hosted by Women in Conveyancing and already has 50 registrations attracting interest from conveyancers, legal professionals, suppliers, leaders and allies from across the UK. Many participants are joining solo, while others are bringing colleagues, friends or even four‑legged companions. The emphasis throughout is on inclusivity, encouragement and community spirit.
Participants will receive a full information pack, kit guidance, safety support and the chance to meet like‑minded people from across the conveyancing world. The hike will be followed by a relaxed opportunity to connect, reflect and celebrate the achievement together.
To take part in the charity hike, register your details via the Eventbrite page here.
A JustGiving page has also been set up with a fundraising target of £2000
