Marketing for conveyancers

CDS Launch Free Portfolio Service and OPTIONAL Mapping Facility

Those of you that know us here at Conveyancing Data Services will have first-hand experience of our constant search for ways to make our ordering process not just easier but also bespoke to each and every customer we have.

You could say that is what sets us apart from the crowd.

Our latest two developments are no exception to this rule and enables you to spend more time focussing on the important tasks in your working day and leave the fiddly bits to us. The first of them being our new Portfolio Service whereby complicated or unusual pieces of land can be allocated a Case Handler within our Head Office to supervise the order placement and swift return of the required searches.

Examples of these types of orders could be New Build Developments or larger Commercial or Agricultural sites where plans are either not available or simply too large to digitise. Our Case Handler would work directly with you and our suppliers to ensure the order is correctly placed from the outset and therefore negate any possible delays.

This in our opinion is the perfect mix of technology and human touch working effectively to ensure you receive the searches in the quickest possible time and with the least amount of fuss.

To help us with this new bespoke service we have launched our optional mapping facility to help locate and identify the land to be searched against. It is true enough that Mapping facilities are not ground breaking technology and neither is it innovative, however the ability (as a search provider) to have it as an optional mapping service is unique to Conveyancing Data Services.

Our ordering platform is widely praised by many law firms as the easiest to use in our industry and now this technological development will mean the system appeals to all conveyancers no matter how bespoke or complicated the work is they carry out.

For a free, no obligation demonstration of our newly enhanced and easy to use ordering platform please contact ewillmott@conveyancingdata.com and request a time.
