Rob Hailstone, CEO, Bold Legal Group, commented on the upcoming event:

“With the new Material Information rules now upon us, greater agent and conveyancer collaboration not only makes sense but will eventfully become the norm. Conveyancers will need to assist agents and sellers understand what effect, increasing rents, rights of way and restrictive covenants will have on potential buyer, before some decide not to buy, sometimes for no good reason. These issues will be discussed at the BLG conference.”

Overview

Join us for the BLG Summer Conference 2022, on Tuesday, June 28th in the stunning setting of Regent’s Park, where we’ll deliver a full day of keynote talks, panel discussions, breakout sessions and an exhibition. This is a day you cannot afford (or will want) to miss!

Network with fellow delegates and peers throughout the day. We’ll serve up fabulous food and drink during multiple breaks in our exhibition marquee, and York Lawns. In addition to our morning coffee and pastries, we’ll provide a fantastic BBQ lunch, as well as an extra-special end of day Summer Soirée with summer drinks, canapes, and music.

Event Goal

Conveyancers have been at the bottom of the food chain for far too long, and unless they make a stand, things will only get worse. BLG founder Rob Hailstone will let you know how he thinks matters could improve and will host a discussion with all delegates to make sure that when the day is over the way forward is not only clearer but brighter.
