Leeds based law firm Blacks LLP is launching Blacks Connect, a conveyancing service dedicated to mortgage intermediaries, which it says will offer competitive income opportunities to brokers, reports Mortgage Introducer.
Blacks is building on its 20 years experience of providing legal services to major lenders and estate agencies. Referal fees to the service will be as high as £300, and the firm will also offer a Search Promise. Under its Search Promise Blacks will pay the search fees for a client if their first purchase falls through.
