Billable hour versus value-based pricing: Webinar to uncover how modern law firms are approaching their pricing strategies

The first episode in a new series of Osprey Approach’s Build Better Habits webinarsn will weigh up the pros and cons of traditional billing models versus value-based pricing, and consider how SME law firms are improving client satisfaction and profitability by rethinking how they charge for legal services.

To launch the fourth series, Amy Bruce, marketing director at Osprey Approach, will be joined by Scott Simmons, owner of Legal Balance, a business development coach and trainer for lawyers, and Simon McCrum, owner of McCrum Consultancy and author of The Perfect Legal Business.
