Berlad Graham solicitors have added a new member to their conveyancing team.
Avril Brennan specialises in residential conveyancing, as well as private client, assisting landlords and tenants in letting and renting their property and negotiating the terms of the commercial lease.
She will work as an expert consultant for the Mayfair based law firm after working as an independent solicitor for the last six years and said: ‘The key element to being a successful solicitor is to ensure that her clients are successful in their legal issues.’
