Telephone answering specialist Moneypenny has reported its busiest ever bank holiday weekend in terms of the number of calls taken for its continually growing portfolio of legal clients.
Over the May Day weekend, Moneypenny’s Legal Receptionists handled over four times more calls than during the equivalent weekend in 2013.
There are a number of reasons for this, explains Bernadette Bennett, Moneypenny ‘s Commercial Manager, Legal: “Inevitably as our legal client numbers grow, so our call volumes for the sector increase, but the figures are also boosted by the increasing number of existing clients switching from overspill support to full outsourcing.”  
On the back of this busy activity and with only a few days to go, Moneypenny is looking forward to attending the first ever Legalex exhibition and conference which is to be held at ExCel in London over two days, May 15th and 16th.
Bernadette continues: “With a focus on the business needs of law firms, the event promises to be a great opportunity to hear from leading industry experts while helping firms to drive efficiency and growth. We are delighted to be a part of it and will be pleased to not only see many familiar faces there, but to make new contacts while being in amongst the latest industry conversations.”
