Ntitle strengthens commitment to female leadership with Women in Residential Property partnership

Ntitle Solutions, a female founder-led business supporting law firms with specialist title checking services, has announced a new partnership with Women in Residential Property, reinforcing its commitment to championing women across the conveyancing and wider residential property sector.

Founded and led by two Nicola’s, a story that has become synonymous with the brand’s identity, Ntitle has built a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with a modern approach to supporting law firms in the form of its newly released ngine platform.

This new partnership brings that story to a wider stage.

Women in Residential Property is a fast-growing network dedicated to connecting, supporting, and elevating women working across the property industry. By becoming a sponsor, Ntitle is aligning itself with a community that shares its values: progression, visibility, and meaningful representation.

Co-founders Nicola Davies & Nicola Ashley commented:

“From day one, we’ve been passionate about building a business that reflects both the talent and the potential of women in this sector. Partnering with Women in Residential Property felt like a natural step – it allows us to support that mission beyond our own business and into the wider industry.”

The partnership will see Ntitle actively support events, initiatives, and conversations that shine a light on female leadership within conveyancing – an area where female founders remain underrepresented despite the significant number of women working within law firms.

More broadly, the collaboration reflects a shared ambition: to create more visible role models, stronger networks, and clearer pathways for women looking to build, lead, and scale businesses in the property space.

This isn’t about ticking a sponsorship box. It’s about putting real weight behind female founders in the sector, showing what’s possible, and helping more of it happen.
