Phil Spencer on stage at the ESTAS awards

ESTAS Awards 2025 sells out as excitement builds across the property industry

The ESTAS Awards 2025 has officially sold out, a clear sign that celebrating great service matters more than ever.

Over 1,200 estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and suppliers will gather at London’s iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane on October 17th, united by a shared belief: that great service, delivered with heart, deserves to be recognised.

With headline partners Reapit and PayProp, this year’s awards will once again bring together the community of professionals who put people at the centre of property.

Returning to host for the 22nd year, Phil Spencer said:

“ESTAS is always a standout moment in the industry calendar. These awards are different; they’re not about image or big-budget marketing. They celebrate something deeper: consistent care, professionalism, and the human relationships that keep this industry moving forward. For me, that’s what makes ESTAS so special. It’s real recognition, for real service.”

Simon Brown, Founder of ESTAS, added:

“The fact that we’ve sold out again shows how deeply these awards resonate. They’re not about headlines, they’re about heart.

“The ESTAS is not just about trophies and applause, it’s about celebrating the heartbeat of our industry. It’s about people. Every person shortlisted has delivered service that made someone’s move less stressful, more supported, and genuinely memorable for all the right reasons.

“And that’s what ESTAS is all about: a community where service-driven professionals can come together, feel proud of what they do, and be seen for the impact they make every day.”

The ESTAS Awards are unique in the sector, with every winner judged solely on verified client feedback received at the end of the property transaction. It’s a celebration of service that’s earned, not claimed, and that’s why demand keeps growing, year after year.
