Conveyancing Alliance becomes CAL, with new brand that reflects ‘years of growth’

The Conveyancing Alliance has launched new branding to reflect ‘years of growth and industry recognition’, and will unify its portfolio under the brand CAL. CAL is now the home brand for the group, with the new structure including Broker Conveyancing for mortgage advisers and Agent Conveyancing for estate agents.

The move reflects feedback from mortgage advisers, estate agents and clients, CAL said, and will come with a series of developments and upgrades to digital tools, products and team expertise along with its new logos.

Mark Tosetti, CEO at CAL, explained:

“The new identity and product structure have been shaped by broker and agent feedback. Our mission is clear – to help brokers and estate agents win. By unifying our brands under CAL, we are making it clearer for our partners and their clients to understand who we are, what we stand for and the value we deliver. This is about clarity, consistency and building even stronger relationships across the mortgage and property sector.

“CAL’s rebrand is a celebration of what the team has built with brokers and agents over many years, and a statement of where we’re headed. Our relationships are genuine, built on trust and empathy and have grown over time. This evolution is a true reflection of our people and the skills, passion and promises they bring to work every day.”

New CAL logos

CAL was created in 2004 as a business-to-business distributor of property conveyancing for the mortgage intermediary and property sales markets. Its broker-focused proposition, Broker Conveyancing, was launched in 2012. The organisation is part of legal services business Movera.
