New report on title solution launched by NAVRO

A report on title software solution has been launched by NAVRO aiming to provide a new approach to one of the ‘most time-consuming stages in the conveyancing process.’

ART, an automated report on title solution, can review key documents such as Leases, Title Registers, and Searches, including over 350 councils with more to come said Mike Georgiou, one of the founding partners of NAVRO. He adds the software will subsequently analyse the content and generate a ready-to-use client report.

“ART is a groundbreaking tool that is fundamentally changing the way law firms approach conveyancing. With its intelligent automation and “Evidence” based cross-checking of documents, ART saves time, boosts compliance, and allows legal professionals to focus on the more intricate aspects of their work.”

said Georgiou.

The software interrogates land registry title, official and regulated local authority searches, drainage and water searches, environmental searches, mortgage offers and enquiries producing a report which comes pre-filled with suggested wording based on the document’s details.

Importantly, said Georgiou, the technology brings automation and intelligence to the workflow, without ever replacing the professional judgement that only a conveyancer can provide. It has been designed to integrate with any case management system, and can create and issue interim reports at the click of a button.

“This technology truly empowers firms to adapt to modern challenges and drive higher value for their clients. This is a significant leap forward for the industry, and we’re proud to be making a difference.”

concludes Georgiou.
