Sort Group announces black tie ball to celebrate industry excellence

Property, legal and financial services provider Sort Group has announced its inaugural Sort Ball on the 15th October in Manchester. The black tie event at the city’s Albert Hall is being held ‘to celebrate industry excellence and bring together key figures from property and financial services’.

The evening will include a three-course dinner, signature cocktails and live performances in the atmospheric Grade II listed venue. Guests will include conveyancers, brokers, surveyors, suppliers and strategic partners from across the UK.

Sort Group has secured a number of sponsors for the event and invites additional partners to get involved in what the company says will be ‘one of the year’s most talked-about events’ and ‘a standout fixture on the professional social calendar’.

Kevin Tunnicliffe, CEO of Sort Group, said:

“The Sort Ball is our way of recognising the incredible talent and dedication of the professionals who drive our industry forward. We wanted to create something really special — a night where people can connect, unwind, and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together.

“It promises to be a night of enchantment and illusion, with some world class entertainment, which is set to be announced in the coming weeks.”

Manchester is currently enjoying a property boom, with homes selling faster than anywhere else in the UK (joint top with Waltham Forest) and the highest number of sales agreed in Q1 of 2025, up 16.4% on last year.

Tickets for the ball will cost £30. Register interest at www.sortball.co.uk
