The annual Legal Eye risk and compliance conference 

It is back: following a successful “Risk Management Week” held entirely online in 2021, the annual Legal Eye conference is back and in person for 2022 on Thursday 9th June.

The half-day event will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in central Birmingham, just opposite the ICC. The theme will be: “Preparing for a visit from the regulator: what to expect”, and there is a jam-packed programme lined up.

Conference programme 

Suitable for both SRA and CLC-regulated firms, this half-day conference will run from 9.30 (for a 10am start) and conclude by 12.45/1pm with a networking lunch available afterwards.

Anti-money laundering (AML) update – session two

Hear from the panel of law firms about their experiences of undergoing a visit from, or audit by, their regulator – including their top tips on how to prepare and what to expect on the day.
