Compass moves to new Leicestershire offices following record year of growth

Compass has moved into new offices at Tugby Orchards Business Centre following a record year of growth for the business.

The team has relocated to The Old Coffee House at Tugby Orchards, on the Leicestershire and Rutland border, giving Compass more space as the business continues to grow its team, technology and presence across the conveyancing sector.

The move follows a particularly strong year for Compass, with record levels of growth, new members joining the team and continued expansion of the company’s relationships with law firms and major organisations across the conveyancing market.

Technology development has also remained a major focus for the business. Compass continues to refine its platform based on feedback from the conveyancers and support teams using it every day, while also developing further integrations with case management systems, search providers and the wider conveyancing technology ecosystem. The aim is to make Compass fit more naturally into the systems firms already use, reducing duplication and making workflows more efficient.

The new office provides more room for the growing team and a modern working environment, with free parking, electric vehicle charging and an onsite café.

Ryan Hannah, managing director of Compass, said: “The business has grown significantly over the last couple of years and moving to Tugby Orchards feels like the right next step for us.

“We have had a record year, added to the team and continued to invest heavily in the technology behind Compass. A huge amount of work is going on behind the scenes to keep improving the platform and to make it easier for firms to use Compass alongside the other systems they rely on every day.

“The new office is a great base for that next stage. It gives the team more space, it is a fantastic working environment and it gives us room to continue growing.”

Compass provides specialist land tax calculation and submission services to conveyancing firms, with firms able to use the service on an individual matter basis or fully outsource their land tax calculation and submission work.

Lidia Quinlan, director and head of sales at Compass, said: “There is a lot of momentum behind Compass at the moment. What has been particularly encouraging is the strength of the relationships we are building across the industry. Firms are not just using Compass, they are giving us feedback and helping us understand how the platform can work even better for them.

“The office move reflects that growth and gives us a really good environment for the team as we head into the next phase of the business.”

Compass is now based at The Old Coffee House, Tugby Orchards Business Centre, Wood Lane, Tugby, Leicestershire, LE7 9WE.
