Record Performance Fuels ETSOS Sales Expansion

Conveyancing search supermarket ETSOS has announced an expansion of its business development team on the back of a record half-year.
Paul Coombes, who was business development manager for Pannone’s Connect2Law network for four years and most recently with Blackhurst Budd Solicitors, joins in the newly created role of sales and marketing director. He will oversee the regional sales team that is currently being recruited as well as the existing sales support and telesales staff.
ETSOS managing director Phil Natusch comments: “We’ve had our best half year to date both in terms of search volumes and usage of our Quotation and Referral System (QRS), and now is the time to capitalise on that momentum by investing more skilled resource, talent and energy into the sales and marketing effort. By virtue of his previous experience, Paul already has tremendous insight into our user base and how we can leverage our capability and knowledge to do even more to help our clients.”
Adds Paul: “There’s a tremendous opportunity here to go beyond just being the functional search aggregator and supplier, and to move to become a conveyancing partner that adds tangible value through the relationship. We’ve already started that process in the free supply of QRS, but we’re confident that we can take that further through, for example, aiding collaboration between agents and law firms, supplying educational content and even sales training to end users.”
