Telephone answering specialist Moneypenny, endorsed by The Law Society and supporting more than 700 law firms across the UK has created 50 new jobs so far in 2013 with the likelihood of more to come.
The latest appointments take the total to over 300, with four staff at any one time based in Auckland, New Zealand taking calls in the sunshine for UK businesses, including significant numbers of law firms, during our night time.
With an ever-growing client base, Moneypenny continues to forge forward, handling in the region of 30,000 calls a day for around 6,000 businesses from sole traders to multi-national corporations either on an overflow basis or by providing a fully outsourced telephone answering service. A dedicated team handles calls solely for legal clients.
