New appointment for Connells Group Home Conveyancing team

Connells Group Home Conveyancing is delighted to announce the appointment of Alison Taylor as Conveyancing Panel Manager, effective immediately.

Alison brings over 22 years experience to Connells’ dedicated conveyancing team and will be responsible for managing the relationship between the Group’s estate agency branches and its panel of leading law firms.
Alison has previous experience working for panel law firms as Conveyancing Team Manager, so is uniquely well placed to ensure communication between the Group’s panel lawyers and estate agencies is optimised and challenges dealt with quickly and effectively.

“I am very excited to take on the role of Conveyancing Panel Manager for the Connells Group,” says Alison. “As poacher turned game keeper, I will be able to assist our branches and panel firms alike, especially where a second opinion is required.”

Commenting on the appointment, Conveyancing Services Director Roger Wilson said: “The Group recorded a significant upturn in housing market activity during 2013. Our Home Conveyancing proposition achieved over 32,500 completions and our investment in the team by bringing Alison on board is reflective of this. We expect to see an even greater number of sales transactions requiring our legal services this year.”
