HM Land Registry has two new free online workshops for conveyancers.
New Builds in Depth, on 29th September, is a 90-minute workshop that takes a closer look at four areas HMLR customers find challenging: multi-title lodgement, restrictions, plans issues and e-signatures.
Developed with input from customer focus groups and delivered by HMLR casework experts, the session uses practical examples to help conveyancers tackle common problems and submit applications with confidence.
A live Q&A offers the opportunity to put questions directly to HMLR’s experts. Places are free but registration is essential.
On 8th October, those new to conveyancing can take apart in An Introduction to HM Land Registry. The session offers an introduction to HMLR and covers what it does, how it fits into the conveyancing process, the title register and title plan, requisitions and the training hub.
There’s also a live Q&A with the customer training team and Adam Hookway from the customer policy team.
