More than 100 people have entered Simplify’s Trainee Conveyancer Programme since its launch.
With further cohorts planned this year, Simplify says it is focused on developing future talent and supporting the long-term sustainability of the conveyancing industry.
The structured 12-month programme brings new entrants into the profession and equips them with the skills needed to progress into qualified roles. The latest cohort completed training at Premier Property Lawyers’ Manchester office, following earlier programmes at Advantage Property Lawyers in Leeds and JS Law in Leicester.
Many of the graduates have progressed into intermediate conveyancer roles, where they will continue to build experience and manage cases, with clear pathways into more senior and management positions.
Manchester trainee graduate Shah Hussain said: “The past 12 months have been a whirlwind. I loved being part of the training cohort and starting out on my conveyancing journey with a group of colleagues at the beginning of new careers.
“Now that initial training is over, I know Simplify will fully support me as I set my sights on becoming a fully licensed conveyancer.”
DC Law, part of the Simplify group, has surpassed 10,000 reviews on Trustpilot, achieving an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.6.
The milestone reflects consistently strong customer feedback across the high volume of cases handled by DC Law, which supports thousands of people moving home each year.
All six conveyancing firms in the Simplify brand hold ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot ratings, based on more than 78,000 reviews.
Dawn Tew, operations director, conveyancing delivery at Simplify, said: “Every review represents a real customer experience. Reaching this milestone shows the trust so many people place in our teams to support them through one of life’s most important moments.”

CAL, part of Movera, has relocated part of its Woking office to larger, more modern premises in the heart of the town to provide enhanced facilities for its growing team and improved accessibility for clients and partners.
Comprising two brands – Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing – CAL was founded in Woking in 2002 and has maintained its presence in the town throughout its evolution into one of the UK’s leading panel management businesses.
The relocation also supports the business’s movement towards net zero status. The new Goldvale House office features a range of sustainability-focused facilities, including energy-efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging points, helping to reduce the impact of day-to-day operations as the team grows.
