CON29DW: Red Flags 3: Key areas – Transferred assets and future billing charges

Join us on Thursday 25th June at 10am for DWSN’s latest webinar, which will explore what are the potential red flags areas in the CON29DW and why they matter.

We will explore this in the context of the following areas:

  1. Transferred assets – understanding the implications for sewer adoptions since the private public transfers in 2011 (private sewers) and 2016 (private pumping stations)
  2. Future billing charges – why these might differ from the current charge, for example, as a result of impacts from the water industry’s significant ongoing programme of smart meter roll-outs.

Karen McCormack, property searches manager, United Utilities will chair the session and Jonathan Davey, business development manager, Geodesys will provide the detailed insights. There will be opportunities for Q&A, and the recording will be circulated to attendees after the event.
