The Conveyancing Awards has revealed its winners, with individuals and firms recognised in 21 categories.
Hosted by comedian and writer Lou Sanders at The Londoner Hotel, the awards saw 300 professionals from conveyancing firms, legal practices, house builders and proptech gather to celebrate the property sector.
“Many congratulations to our winning individuals, teams and businesses who represent the top tier of UK conveyancing,” Daniel Hill, director at Globespan Media and founder of The Conveyancing Awards said.
“The judging panel confirmed the categories were hotly contested, meaning only the most well-evidenced and compelling submissions took home a trophy. Our class of 2026 winners combine intelligent innovation, technical expertise, ambition and a commitment to enhancing the client experience. They truly are the benchmark for what outstanding conveyancing looks like.”
Smith & Co, who took home the award for Best Use of Technology in Conveyancing (pictured right), said winning the award was a huge achievement for the team.
