The next generation of conveyancers have taken part in graduation ceremonies after completing specialist programmes with Simply Property Lawyers and Convey Law.
Five trainees from Convey Law’s Conveyancing Pathway programme (pictured above) have graduated and will progress to managing their own caseloads within the firm.
The Conveyancing Pathway programme delivers a blended learning approach over 12 or 24 months, with participants studying the full conveyancing process while applying their knowledge in real transactions.
Supported by a modular online training system and coached by experienced mentors, trainees gain confidence, technical expertise and professional insight from the outset. There is also a focus on wellbeing and promoting a positive ‘happy conveyancer’ mindset.

“Our pathway is designed to nurture talent, build confidence, and ensure our trainees are fully equipped to deliver exceptional client service as they progress, whilst gaining the commercial acumen required to survive and thrive in today’s conveyancing market.”
A new cohort of eight trainees will enter the pathway later this year.
Six trainees on the academy programme at Leeds-based Simply Property Lawyers (below) also marked their graduation milestone.
Supported by a structured learning environment and encouragement of line managers and peers, the graduates will continue their conveyancing careers within the firm.
