You’ve been invited to:

HM Land Registry Application Support Workshop

Thank you for your interest in attending our FREE 90-minute workshop on Tuesday 19th May 2026, hosted on Microsoft Teams by Joe, Chloe and Tom from the Customer Training Team.

Requisitions from HM Land Registry slow down applications, waste time, and create unnecessary costs for you and your customers. This session will equip you with the knowledge to avoid the most common pitfalls, speed up processing, and make your submissions smoother than ever.

The session is aimed at staff who regularly lodge applications with HM Land Registry and assumes a basic level of knowledge of the topics covered.

We aim to make the session as interactive as possible by encouraging audience participation using poll questions and knowledge checks.

The workshop will cover:

  • Requisitions and how to avoid them;
  • The top 5 areas where we raise requisitions (restrictions, variations in names, missing information in forms and deeds, execution of deeds and evidence of identity requirements); and
  • A live question and answer session where you have the opportunity to ask expert HM Land Registry caseworkers questions on the topics covered in the workshop.

Don’t keep this knowledge to yourself! Invite your colleagues and help your team submit correct and complete applications first time.
