Bewley moves from Docusign to VSiD Verify for its stand-alone eSignature solution

VSiD Verify is delighted to announce that Bewley Homes have adopted SmartSign as their stand-alone eSignature solution.  Bewley is a UK based new home builder established in 1991 with a history of designing and building high-quality homes in the south of England.

Chloe Willman, the director of business operations at Bewley explains how the partnership came about: “We recently moved across to VSiD from DocuSign as we were looking for something simpler and more aligned to how we actually work, day to day.

“One of the main differences for us was how straightforward everything felt. From the outset, the team understood what we needed without overcomplicating things, and the commercial side was clear and flexible, which made a big difference compared to our previous experience.

“Getting up and running was quick and didn’t require a long, drawn-out process, which meant we could start seeing value almost immediately.

“Just as important has been the support. Being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone who knows our setup has made things much easier for the team internally.

“Overall, the move has been a very positive one for us and we’re looking forward to continuing to work together.”

Andrew Tuff, VSiD’s national sales director, commented on the acquisition of its first home builder client: “We’re delighted that Bewley Homes decided to move across to VSiD from Docusign.  They were looking for something simpler to use, more flexibility commercially, and a team that was easy to deal with day to day.

“We were able to get their team up and running quickly and they have been a pleasure to onboard.  We look forward to building the relationship from here.”

VSiD are the leading digital onboarding experts, offering a broad range of eSignature, KYC and AML solutions with built in fraud detection and document automation.
