GroundSure have today launched a new product which looks at which areas of the country may be affected by fracking, windfarms and other energy resource exploration.
The “GroundSure Energy” report will identify sites of interest within 25km of a property.
Dan Montagnani, Managing Director, GroundSure explained the reasons for launching the product: “With home-buyers increasingly concerned about fracking projects, wind-farms and more traditional oil and gas exploration there’s a real need in the market for a product like this

GroundSure Energy will be the only report that details existing and upcoming planning applications for shale gas, oil, gas, wind and power stations.
This will include; onshore sites currently licensed by DECC for shale gas exploration (fracking), coalbed methane, oil, gas and mine gas; data on sites that have applied for planning permission to drill for shale gas; areas currently and due to be licensed for oil/gas exploration; existing and planned wind farms.
The Residential RRP for the report is £20.00 excl. VAT and Commercial RRP £50.00 excl. VAT.
