National Conveyancing Month kicks off today with a welcome message from founders Rob Hailstone, CEO of the Bold Legal Group, and David Opie, managing director of Today’s Media, the publishers of Today’s Conveyancer.
National Conveyancing Month is an extension of the former National Conveyancing Week with on and offline events throughout March designed to raise the profile of conveyancers in the property transaction. Where previously the activities were scheduled across one week in March, requiring considerable commitment from conveyancers wishing to take part in the informative discussion sessions and ‘TED-style’ talks, this year the events are spread over the month of March, published every Monday morning and available on demand via the Conveyancing Foundation YouTube channel.
The first discussion session of the month is hosted by Cashroom’s Alex Holt, exploring pricing and fee structures designed to move away from the race to the bottom. He will also examine operational efficiencies to streamline workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, and upselling and cross-selling to unlock new revenue streams by building strong relationships with estate agents and brokers.
Joining Holt are Toni Wensley, a partner at Amphlett Lissimore, Matt Jackson, a partner at Nicholas & Co Solicitors, and Nick Masheder, founder at Threemo.
Over 250 firms have signed up to participate in the sessions throughout the month. A range of assets are available to help promote involvement in the week, and the role of conveyancers in the property transaction. Assets can be used across digital marketing channels including websites and social media. A promotional box filled with goodies to decorate the office will also be available to purchase for a subsidised £20 donation.
Register to take part in National Conveyancing Month 2026.
