Hoowla announces inaugural user conference focused on AI, user data and the future of conveyancing

Hoowla is delighted to announce its inaugural user conference, an exclusive invitation-only event bringing together Hoowla users from across the UK for a day of insight, discussion and forward-thinking conversation. Hosted in Birmingham on 11th March, the event marks an important milestone for Hoowla as it deepens collaboration with its user community and looks ahead to the evolving role of technology within conveyancing and the wider professional landscape.

Designed exclusively for Hoowla users, the conference will explore how artificial intelligence is shaping conveyancing today, while also taking a broader view of how AI is influencing business operations beyond legal technology. The AI-focused sessions will be delivered by Vincent Serpico, an experienced AI strategist and speaker with a background in helping organisations understand, adopt and practically apply emerging technologies. Vincent works closely with businesses across professional services to demystify AI, focusing on realistic use cases, responsible adoption and how firms can prepare for long-term change.

In addition to expert-led sessions, attendees will also hear directly from a Hoowla user firm, which will be sharing its own business journey and experiences. This session will focus on the firm’s story, growth and lessons learned, offering a peer-led perspective that reflects the realities of running and developing a modern conveyancing practice.

A key feature of the event will be the presentation of anonymised user data and performance insights, giving attendees a clear view of common challenges, opportunities for efficiency and areas where incremental improvements can deliver meaningful impact. By sharing this data transparently, Hoowla aims to empower users to benchmark their processes, identify gaps and make informed decisions about how they evolve their workflows within their conveyancing software environment.

Alongside these insights, Hoowla will unveil its product roadmap, outlining upcoming developments designed to help users address the improvement areas identified throughout the day. The roadmap will demonstrate how user feedback and real-world usage data directly influence Hoowla’s direction, reinforcing its commitment to building solutions shaped by the needs and experiences of its user community.

Adam Curtis, chief executive officer of Hoowla, says:

“I’m really looking forward to the Hoowla Conference. Getting Hoowla users together in the same room for the first time is going to be brilliant, it already feels like it’s going to be a special day.

“What I’m most excited about is the mix of people and perspectives. We’ve got some great speakers lined up, with a real Hoowla user sharing their story on growth and scaling with the platform. We’ll also be digging into up-to-date Hoowla data to uncover trends across the industry. There are always a few surprises in there, and I know teams will leave with some proper lightbulb moments.”

Speaking specifically on the AI segment of the day, he continues:

“I’ve heard Vincent speak at other business events over the last couple of years and I always come away with new ideas, practical things businesses can actually implement. Combined with everything else happening on the day, it’s going to be packed with insight. I can’t wait to see everyone there.”

We’re pleased to share that this event has been sponsored by Stewart Title, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on delivering innovative technical solutions for the conveyancing market. Hoowla is thrilled to be establishing a strong relationship with Stewart Title, with further announcements planned that will outline how this partnership will support firms through practical, technology-led initiatives.

While attendance is limited to Hoowla users, those interested in the discussions and themes explored during the day are encouraged to follow Hoowla on LinkedIn, where highlights and updates from the conference will be shared.

Looking ahead, Hoowla sees this inaugural event as the foundation for a broader programme of engagement, with ambitions to host additional events in years to come. These future events aim to open conversations further across the industry, creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and progress.

For firms that are not yet Hoowla users but are looking to improve their processes and approach to technology, Hoowla invites them to book a no-obligation conveyancing software demo to learn more about why the platform is trusted by over 350 firms across the UK.
