Simplify is recruiting 30 experienced conveyancers in a country-wide drive from Newcastle to Maidstone.
The new roles offer flexible working, with options to work remotely, choose hybrid or select a base from one of Simplify’s 11 UK offices.
The current recruitment drive builds on a period of significant growth for the company. Over the past 18 months, Simplify has recruited 150 conveyancing professionals, including 70 trainees through its trainee conveyancer programme in Leeds and Manchester.
The company says that the programme has brought new talent into an industry that has seen a 15% decline in conveyancer numbers since 2020. It will run again in the same cities this year.
With further growth planned, Simplify says it will continue to invest in people and technology, underlining its “commitment to strengthening the conveyancing profession for the long term”.
The company offers support towards CLC qualifications, initiatives such as ‘Rise and Shine’, which champions gender equity and a bonus scheme. The Simplify Charitable Trust donated £30,000 to good causes last year, with employees actively involved in fundraising efforts.
Suzanne Easby, chief people officer at Simplify, said:
“We’ve built a culture where conveyancing professionals can genuinely thrive.
“By investing in new processes and technologies, we’re taking much of the administrative burden away, allowing our people to focus on delivering great legal work and outstanding customer care.
“Combined with flexibility, strong support and real opportunities to progress, we believe this is an incredibly exciting time to join Simplify.”
