LawCare’s free webinar will share tips on dealing with anxiety

This Thursday, LawCare, the mental health charity for the legal sector, is running a free webinar offering practical ways to cope with anxiety.

The webinar is being staged as part of Time to Talk Day on 5 February, which encourages legal professionals to talk openly and honestly about mental health in the workplace.

Anxiety remains one of the most common issues people contact LawCare about for support. In 2025, 34% of people who contacted LawCare’s support team said it was a key concern.

LawCare’s Life in the Law 2025 report found that half of people who responded said they felt anxious often, very often or all of the time in the past year.

The webinar, which will take place between 12-1pm, will explore what anxiety looks and feels like in the legal sector, and share practical ways to cope. It’s suitable for anyone in the legal sector, including those who have experienced anxiety, or manage others who may be living with symptoms, or are a leader who wants to create a healthier, more supportive workplace.

It’s free to attend – sign up at https://lawcare.beaconforms.com/form/59e84c3e
