Finalists for the British Conveyancing Awards 2026 announced

The finalists for the British Conveyancing Awards 2026, sponsored by Groundsure, have been published this morning, with 61 different organisations recognised for their commitment to excellence and client service. The winners will be announced live at a gala dinner hosted at the iconic Manchester Cathedral on 12 March.

The awards were first hosted as a virtual event in 2021 and have since become one of the mainstays of the legal calendar. The stringent criteria and extensive evidence required for submissions sets a high bar for entry, and a wholly independent judging panel scrutinises every submission. In an effort to continually improve the judging the process, alongside the expert panel, organiser Today’s Media has engaged property analysts TwentyConvey to provide objective data for the judging process, scoring firms on their performance against industry benchmarks for speed, administrative efficiency and accuracy.

With the independent judging panel, stringent criteria and reliance on evidence, the British Conveyancing Awards are the standard-setter when it comes to recognising the success of individuals, firms and businesses in the conveyancing sector up and down the country.

Earlier this month, Today’s Media, the publisher of Today’s Conveyancer, announced actor, impressionist and comedian Jon Culshaw (pictured right) will host the festivities. And, alongside headline sponsor Groundsure, the British Conveyancing Awards welcomes LMS as the evening’s Prelude welcome reception and Afterglow after-party sponsors.

Tickets for the evening are now available with individual and table options. An optional £10 donation will go to the Conveyancing Foundation, who will distribute the donations to good causes. In previous years the awards have supported the MindStep Foundation, Prostate Cancer and LawCare.
