Property duo launch recruitment and consultancy firm to serve sector

Property duo Nicola and Paul Broomham have launched a new recruitment and retention consultancy targeted at the property sector.

The husband and wife team say that 2point0 Group, which blends recruitment, consultancy and leadership coaching, will help property businesses to “reduce hiring risk, navigate change, and grow sustainably”.

Between them, Nicola and Paul bring over 50 years’ experience across independent, corporate and PE-backed property businesses.

After starting her career in estate agency and lettings, Nicola (pictured) founded Broomham Recruitment. The company was acquired by deverellsmith in 2022, with Broomham remaining as a director for three years. She is a trained leadership coach and former chair of Women in Residential Property.

Paul has led acquisitions, disposals, expansion and team builds across independent, corporate and PE-backed groups. Most recently, he was a regional CEO for the Lomond network of lettings and sales agents.

“This isn’t business as usual. We’re launching because clients need problem solvers, not a pile of CVs,” said Nicola Broomham.

“With 2point0, you get two perspectives and one mission: help you hire with confidence, onboard properly, and keep the good people. Retention is the new recruitment; coaching baked into hiring.”

Paul Broomham added:

“Leaders want certainty. We offer retained and subscription hiring for predictable spend, coaching baked into placements to improve retention, and pragmatic consultancy that steadies the ship while you scale.”
