Move with Us has reported its completions rose 21% during August, compared to the same period last year.

Mr Fletcher attributed the success to rigorous service level agreements with partner solicitors meaning they could take advantage of the quiet month.
Move with Us has been managing 30,000 conveyancing transactions every year but are likely to reach 40,000 this year.
They have introduced an on-line tracking system through which a dedicated account manager ensures all parties are kept fully up-to-date throughout the process to avoid any delays.
Move with Us’ conveyancing panel rewards agents for all the transactions they complete.
For example, Arun estates were presented with a cheque for £200,000 for completions in August alone.
Other industry brands that have had record financial rewards from conveyancing in August include Chancellors, Beals, Andrew Craig and Peter Alan.
