After an open competition, two new non-executive directors have been appointed to the Land Registry Board.
Catrina Holme is a corporate lawyer with more than ten years’ experience in the venture capital sector. Land Registry described her as bringing “a deep understanding of the commercial value of data and the ways in which it can be exploited”.
The other appointment is of Tim Franklin who has extensive experience in the building society sector. Tim will be focussed on the customer base, particularly within the mortgage and lending sector.
The Land Registry hopes the pair will play pivotal roles in its new business strategy.
