Property service excellence awards The ESTAS named Cheltenham-based Montpellier Legal the Best Conveyancer Office in the UK at its 2025 ceremony on Friday.
Now in their 22nd year, the ESTAS are determined by customer reviews and feedback to reflect the real experience of people using the services of conveyancers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and suppliers.
Over 1,100 property professionals gathered for the event, which was hosted by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
‘These awards aren’t about quantity, they’re about quality’, Spencer said.
“Every single finalist here today has been reviewed and rated by the people who really matter, their clients. That’s what makes an ESTAS trophy a true mark of trust.”
As well as the six 2025 ‘Grand Prix Gold’ winners, including Montpellier Legal, hundreds of winners across county, regional and national group categories were recognised, alongside specialist trophies for collaboration and individual achievement.
ESTAS founder Simon Brown told the audience:
