InTouch joins Conveyancing Association as affiliate member

Cloud-based conveyancing case management platform InTouch has joined the Conveyancing Association (CA) an affiliate member, the CA has announced.

The membership will give InTouch a range of benefits and opportunities including the use of CA branding, attendance and networking at member and online meetings, access to member firms and advertising.

The InTouch platform is used by conveyancing firms of all sizes across the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Australia. Designed specifically for residential conveyancing firms, the platform unifies the entire transaction process into a secure, user-friendly system.

Sales director Richard Pickles (pictured) commented:

“As a long-term supporter of the CA, I’m very pleased for InTouch to be joining as an Affiliate member, providing us with the opportunity to work more closely with its member firms. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering no-nonsense, easy-to-use tech solutions that genuinely help conveyancing teams work smarter, reduce costs, and improve client service.

“With AI now central to so much of our development, and a growing number of CA members already benefiting from InTouch, we believe our platform is perfectly aligned with the Association’s goals for a more efficient, transparent and client-friendly process.”

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of The Conveyancing Association, said:

“It’s very encouraging to be able to welcome InTouch as our latest Affiliate member. Richard and the team have long been known in the conveyancing world for their innovative approach to case management and their ability to simplify what can be complex processes.

“As the CA continues to champion progress and best practice across the sector, InTouch’s proposition and insight will be a valuable addition to our discussions and events throughout the year and into 2026.”
