The 20th annual ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Headline Partner Coadjute, will take place on Friday 20th October, welcoming 1000 property professionals from across conveyancing, estate agency, mortgage and supplier sectors.
The ESTAS takes place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane and will again be hosted by property expert Phil Spencer, who has been an ever present since its inception in 2004. Today’s Conveyancer reprises it’s role as an official Media Partner of the event again in 2023.
The ESTAS describe themselves as “unique” in the property industry, as shortlisted companies and winners are all selected purely on service ratings provided by clients at the end of their moving experience or property transaction, collected via the ESTAS Reviews platform.

The event this year will see the introduction of a new award, to be presented by Headline Sponsor Coadjute. Dan Salmon, CEO of Coadjute explains:

The Official Afterparty will be hosted by Matt Gilpin, Founder and CEO of sponsors Sprift who was a professional DJ prior to founding Sprift, and has played in clubs around London, Ibiza and as far afield as Japan and the USA.
