First of all, tell us who you are and what you do

What prompted you to support The British Conveyancing Awards this year?
Supporting the awards again this year was an easy decision for Move Reports. With the heightened property market we have all had to tackle over the last two years, we truly understand the daily pressures and wanted to acknowledge the efforts of our conveyancers.

You’ve previously been described as “pioneers of the private search industry” – why?
Move Reports founders were involved in changing lender and lawyer perception of a “personal search” and being party to the creation of a “Regulated Search” which is now the dominant report in the industry, whilst continually being recognised for embracing change in the conveyancing sector and continuing to assist in making the process more streamlined by providing property professionals with an independent “whole of market” solution like Move Reports.
Looking forwards, how do you plan to continue this pioneering aspect of your work?
Move Reports will continue to listen to our clients and industry colleagues and participate in working groups to accommodate guidance and regulatory changes in the digital era.
