Simply Conveyancing appoints new Head of Quality and Compliance

Simply Conveyancing has appointed Heather Keates as Head of Quality and Compliance.

Bringing over three decades of conveyancing experience to the role, this new appointment is part of Simply’s continuing commitment to provide clients with conveyancing advice that is superior in terms of quality, speed and friendliness.

As an advisor to Cilex on Leasehold and Commonhold, Heather represents Cilex at gatherings of industry stakeholders including the Law Society, SRA, mortgage lenders, the Home Buying and Selling Group, the Conveyancing Association, the Govt Dept for Levelling Up, HMLR and UK Finance and contributes widely, to industry debate and policy development on risk and compliance.
