Gaddes Noble have strengthened their growing team with the appointment of Paulette St Hilaire as Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing.
With over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing, Paulette joins Gaddes Noble from Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors in Huddersfield. Paulette as well as having a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property matters for individuals, property investors and developers, she has extensive expertise dealing with conveyancing transactions including freehold sale or purchase; leasehold sale or purchase; purchase of shared ownership properties; sale and purchase of new build properties; and transfer of equity and remortgage. As well as acting for client’s with conveyancing transactions, Paulette will also be heading up and to overseeing the operational side of the residential conveyancing department.
