The Leasehold Solutions Group has launched a new weekly podcast series to help leaseholders navigate the complex leasehold system.
The Leasehold Roadshow Masterclasses podcast series explores the key issues that affect leaseholders, including how to buy the freehold of a house or flat, how to challenge unfair service charges, how to present evidence and Tribunal, and everything leaseholders need to know before they buy a leasehold property.
The podcasts bring together the leading authorities in the field of leasehold enfranchisement. In each episode, leasehold reform activist Louie Burns, Managing Director of The Leasehold Solutions Group, speaks to experts about the topics that really affect leaseholders on a day-to-day basis, offering practical tips and advice on how to avoid the traps and pitfalls of leasehold ownership.
Guests during the series include other experts from the Leasehold Solutions Group including Steve Jones, Director of Valuation at Leasehold Valuers, and solicitor, Belinda Walkinshaw of Leasehold Law.
