Despite the many challenges facing conveyancers today more and more firms are seeking to be recognised as being one of the best by entering the LFS Conveyancing Awards.
The main awards are now closed to entries and the judges are starting the mammoth task of reviewing well in excess of 100 applications. Mystery shopping, compliance quiz and a judges interview all combine to give a rounded picture of a firm and the format is widely respected, meaning the winners are truly proud of their achievements.
Firms still have until the end of May 2019 if they want to enter the Individual Conveyancer Category as this is only judged by garnering customer feedback as cases progress. Customer Experience experts Insight 6 will undertake the surveys using their innovative platform.
