The Law Society have launched a survey to build their understanding of the interaction between professionals and organisations that provide conveyancing panel management services.
Stating that they have been alerted to concerns from involved parties as to the contracts which conveyancers may have with Panel Management Firms, the aim of the survey is to ascertain views on the Terms and Conditions of Panel Management Firms. In addition, the Society also stated they would like to receive more general feedback from practitioners on their interaction with Panel Management Firms.
