The Conveyancing Foundation concludes their celebrations of Wellbeing at Work Month with three final videos and wellbeing survey.

As Wellbeing at Work Month draws to a close, The Conveyancing Foundation has released three final videos exploring short breaks, work–life balance and looking after each other at work.

In the first of three videos, Catherine Perry, legal & compliance director at Yopa, explores The Power of Short Breaks: How Short Breaks Transform Your Day. The video highlights how taking short breaks can help improve focus, performance and mental wellbeing, sharing simple ways to reset, recharge and return to work with renewed energy.

In the second video, Looking After Each Other at Work, Rob Hosier, head of conveyancer relationships at PEXA, explores how small acts of kindness and support can make a meaningful difference. His insights highlight the importance of checking in with colleagues, recognising signs of stress and creating a supportive workplace where everyone feels valued said the foundation.

Work–Life Balance: What Does It Mean in Our World?, the final video, features Catherine Shiers, customer engagement director at Groundsure. Shiers shares practical advice on setting boundaries, prioritising focused work and protecting personal wellbeing, encouraging professionals to make small changes that help them work smarter and feel better.

Alongside the videos, The Conveyancing Foundation has opened their ‘Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey’ to the profession, aiming to benchmark current practices and identify areas for improvement and establish industry-wide best practice.

As part of the survey, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, or a Fortnum & Mason hamper.

Keeping the workplace mental health conversation active, the foundation is continuing their Mental Health Champion course, hosted by Sharron Moffatt and delivered in partnership with Today’s Media, the course gives property professionals practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace.

The next course takes place on 17th November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.
