The twelve months to August 2026 were the strongest in the company’s history, with more than a third of all calculations completed since launching in 2021 taking place during that period. August also set a new monthly record, with calculation volumes 183% higher than the same month a year earlier.

Managing director Ryan Hannah said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year. The business has grown significantly, but our focus has remained on providing law firms with a reliable specialist service that makes dealing with land tax easier, safer and more efficient.

To also see Lidia shortlisted individually is fantastic. She has made a huge contribution to Compass and to the partnerships we have built across the conveyancing market.”

Lidia Quinlan said: “I am incredibly pleased to have been shortlisted. For me, business development is about understanding what firms actually need, building strong relationships and finding ways

Compass can genuinely help. We have had a fantastic year and there is still a huge amount of opportunity ahead of us.”

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrate excellence across the UK conveyancing sector, recognising the firms, teams and individuals making a significant contribution to the profession.

The winners will be announced at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards on Thursday 19th November at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
